To secure your place on our admissions list for available enrollment spots, please contact us at info@goldmountainschool.com or 208-301-1608. You will then be notified of available openings and/or to schedule a tour. At present, we do NOT have a waiting list and have adequate space to accept additional students. We follow the most current and up-to-date CDC guidelines for childcare centers.
Registration / Supplies Fee
Once you have been admitted, you pay an annual, non-refundable $125 registration fee and $100 supply fee. This secures your child’s enrollment at Gold Mountain.
Tuition Fees
Tuition is charged on a monthly basis during the school year. Because we operate on a monthly budget with expenses that occur whether or not an individual child is present, we do not reduce the monthly charge due to illnesses, vacations, holidays, snow days, natural disasters, or any changes in a families plans. However, Gold Mountain has no other requirements for parents to volunteer for fundraising activities, etcetera.
There is a 10% discount for additional siblings. Given availability of slots and waiting lists, thirty days notice is required for student withdrawal.
Payments
Tuition is due in full on the first of each month. A three-day grace period is given and payments received after the 3rd will be late. A $30 late fee will be added to your account. Payments which are two weeks late will be cause for termination of your contract. Payments can be made online or in person.
Tuition Assitance
We work in partnership with the Idaho Child Care Program (ICCP) who provides assistance to low income families to help pay child care costs. The purpose of this program is to support families working toward or maintaining employment. Eligibility is based on household income and family size. To see if you qualify, go to the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.
